超声速、高超声速球锥组合体表面压强估算方法及其应用

改进并推广了一种有效的球头单锥组合体在超声速和高超声速流动情况下的表面压力分布算法 ,并利用该算法对若干来流条件下球头双锥组合体表面的压力分布进行了计算。计算结果与数值计算结果以及文献实验数据的比较表明 :本文介绍的方法不失为一种适用范围较宽、准确程度较高的工程算法     

用EA求解非固定时间轨道转移和拦截问题

随着航天任务需求的多样化 ,对航天器拦截和轨道转移问题不但提出了最省燃料的要求 ,而且提出了最小时间的要求。文中用EA算法解决了这一组合优化问题 ,仿真结果证明了算法的有效性     

关于雷达角跟踪性能测试方法的探讨

基于雷达跟踪目标最大角速度和角加速度的定义,分析了用雷达跟踪目标最大角速度和角加速度表征雷达跟踪性能的可行性,并对角误差信号的模拟方法进行了讨论。介绍了一个可以测试幅频特性、暂态特性、雷达跟踪目标最大角速度和角加速度的测试系统设计思想。

Alleviating time inconsistent behaviors via a competition scheme

Under quasi‐hyperbolic discounting, the valuation of a payoff falls relatively rapidly for earlier delay periods, but then falls more slowly for longer delay periods. When the salespersons with quasi‐hyperbolic discounting consider the product sale problem, they would exert less effort than their early plan, thus resulting in losses of future profit. We propose a winner‐takes‐all competition to alleviate the above time inconsistent behaviors of the salespersons, and allow the company to maximize its revenue by choosing an optimal bonus. To evaluate the effects of the competition scheme, we define the group time inconsistency degree of the salespersons, which measures the consequence of time inconsistent behaviors, and two welfare measures, the group welfare of the salespersons and the company revenue. We show that the competition always improves the group welfare and the company revenue as long as the company chooses to run the competition in the first place. However, the effect on group time inconsistency degree is mixed. When the optimal bonus is moderate (extreme high), the competition motivates (over‐motivates) the salesperson to work hard, thus alleviates (worsens) the time inconsistent behaviors. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 正弦波调制的光纤环本征频率测量方法

为了弥补传统光纤环本征频率测量方法中方波调制存在死区的缺陷,提出正弦波调制的本征频率测量方法。对正弦波调制下的光纤陀螺输出信号进行分析,得到二次谐波幅度与调制频率间的二次函数关系,通过计算抛物线顶点即可求得本征频率。依据该原理对已有的光纤陀螺进行升级改造,研制了一套本征频率测量系统。试验结果表明:该方法可达到1×10-5的测量精度,是一种成本低、精度高的光纤环本征频率测量方法。     

基于Delphi-BP神经网络的装备保障能力评估

针对评估指标数量过多可能给评估过程及结果带来的弊端,在构建装备保障能力评估指标体系基础上,给出了基于Delphi法的指标体系筛选的方法步骤,通过计算累计贡献率,对指标体系进行了筛选,降低了评估模型的输入维度。建立了评估部队装备保障能力的三层BP神经网络模型,利用Matlab神经网络工具箱对网络进行了训练和仿真,结果显示误差小于10-3。最后,通过对比评估,验证了方法的有效性和正确性。     

基于应变路径法的压入管桩单桩挤土位移

基于应变路径法和球孔扩张理论,结合真实源与虚拟源、真实源与虚拟汇的相互作用,在假定土体变形为小应变的前提下,将压入实心桩单桩挤土位移的求解方法应用于压入管桩,通过求解真实源与虚拟汇共同作用下产生的竖向挤土位移,并修正地表面处的附加剪应力,得到压入管桩单桩竖向挤土位移的解析解;通过求解真实源与虚拟源共同作用下产生的水平挤土位移,并修正地表面处的附加正应力,得到压入管桩单桩水平挤土位移的解析解。由挤土位移的解析解可知,桩长、管桩内外径和土塞高度最大值的变化都会对压入管桩挤土位移产生影响。     

基于系统动力学的装备保障体制系统仿真分析

装备保障体制系统具有复杂性、动态性和非线性等特点,构建了三级装备保障体制的SD仿真理想模型和仿真延迟模型。充分考虑保障系统生成各要素之间都具有的反馈性和时滞性,通过模型仿真对三级装备保障系统的稳定性进行了分析,并指出了建立二级装备保障体制的条件,分析了军民联合的保障机制对保持保障系统稳定性的重要作用。最后基于仿真结果提出了装备保障体制建设方面的几点建议。     

Approximation algorithms for capacitated stochastic inventory systems with setup costs

We develop the first approximation algorithm with worst‐case performance guarantee for capacitated stochastic periodic‐review inventory systems with setup costs. The structure of the optimal control policy for such systems is extremely complicated, and indeed, only some partial characterization is available. Thus, finding provably near‐optimal control policies has been an open challenge. In this article, we construct computationally efficient approximate optimal policies for these systems whose demands can be nonstationary and/or correlated over time, and show that these policies have a worst‐case performance guarantee of 4. We demonstrate through extensive numerical studies that the policies empirically perform well, and they are significantly better than the theoretical worst‐case guarantees. We also extend the analyses and results to the case with batch ordering constraints, where the order size has to be an integer multiple of a base load. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
